My order showed up on time and almost everything was right, but one of the shades wasn’t the one I chose. Customer service did sort it out after a few messages, so it ended up being fine. Just kinda annoying considering the price

I was disappointed with this foundation. It started going patchy after like an hour, which is way too soon. I tried reaching out about it, but it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or help with the issue, which made the whole experience even more frustrating.

I’m not sure if I just got unlucky, but returning my order was a hassle. I sent it back within the return window and still ended up chasing support for weeks. The refund took forever, and the replies I got felt copy-pasted. Maybe my case was unusual, but it definitely put me off ordering from prada-beauty.com again.

I just don’t think it’s worth the price... it felt way too pricey for what you get.

The person looked into my order, sent me the correct info, and everything arrived without any more drama. it was a much easier experience than I expected, so I’d give them 5 stars for fixing it without turning a tiny issue into a whole production

Not gonna lie, this scent really sticks around. I sprayed it on my hoodie and I could still smell it the next day...

The packaging looks really nice, but the box felt kinda bigger than it needed to be...

I ordered this foundation from prada-beauty.com because the shade looked so much warmer online, but when it showed up, it was a totally different story. It made my skin look kind of grey, which was not the vibe at all. The packaging is really nice, sure, but give me a break, if the color match is that far off, it’s hard to be happy with it...

I got a lipstick — actually, I picked one up recently, and the texture is really nice. It goes on smooth and lasts well. The packaging feels sturdy too. I just wish it was a bit cheaper.

I ordered a Prada fragrance from prada-beauty.com i’m kind of obsessed with the scent. It’s not too strong at all, more like clean and warm at the same time, if that makes sense? I keep wondering if other people notice how nice it is too.
It lasts on my clothes for hours, and I’ll randomly catch little whiffs of it during the day, which I love. I’m really happy with it and would definitely buy it again. i feel like this was a good choice, right?
